It is reported that the construction of the Phase I system plant project of Hithium's Shandong Integrated Zero-Carbon ESS Industrial Park commenced in November 2024, with a total project area of 92,622.40 m². The project plans a total investment of 13 billion yuan across the entire industry chain upstream and downstream, and is planned to build an intelligent manufacturing factory with an annual capacity of 30 Gwh ESS batteries and 20 Gwh energy storage systems, focusing on the long duration energy storage (LDES) ecosystem.
